What is the Incense stone ?

A new, fragrant precious stone !!

Incense is used by all religions, and we are all familiar with the fragrant odour it produces when it is burned in churches, temples or at home, as a sign that our prayers and petitions are rising up to heaven.

Raw incense is transformed into something new!

The basic material used to make our precious stone, is freshly harvested natural incense first choice , produced by the existing incense trees in Arabian countries. This is what we import!!

Using sophisticated procedures, based on a concept developed by a German scientist, we follow the workings of nature which run their course of time.

The basic material such as natural fragrant incense is very much in demand . All previous attempts by other companies to make incense by mixing, pressing or adding artificial aromas, resulted in failure.

A priest once asked me: "what is the improvement in your new Incense". Without saying anything, I put an incense stone into an incense burner and after a short time when the room became full of fragrance of the new incense, the priest said: ‘It is unbelievable, you can smell and feel the real nature.'

Our fragrant incense stone combines the best qualities of nature with the lege artis of today.

This noble incense stone is very similar to natural amber in colour, hardness (approx.2.0 Mohs) and is used in various handicrafts. In addition it emits a marvellous fragrance.

The incense stone has: soft colour, most beautiful forms and a healing fragrance!

Similarities and differences between incense and amber:

Both incense and amber come from the resin of trees.

Natural resins are a mixture of different tree saps. Their purpose is to seal wounds in the bark and protect against harmful bacteria.

Incense is presently harvested in India and Arabian countries, but its tradition goes back over 6000 years.

Amber is the resin of prehistoric, coniferous trees (40 to 55 million years old)

The resin is dehydrated, fossilized and hardened during this long period.
